華南好麥粒-Huanan Wheat Grain

華南實驗國小單車走讀雲林課程以「尋味」主題帶著孩子認識生活這片土地的物產，並在華南共生田學習種麥，感受土地到餐桌那份食物最好的溫度。而麥寮的東北季風適合小麥生長，沿海地區刮起的強烈海風，減少了病蟲害侵擾，收成後經烘穀和專利的碾製技術，將小麥粒稍稍削去表面，不僅保留了豐富膳食纖維，更保留小麥最原始的特殊香氣。

The wheat produced in Mailiao Township, Yunlin County, undergoes roasting and patented milling techniques after harvesting, slightly removing the grain’s outer layer. This process preserves not only the rich dietary fiber but also the original and distinctive aroma of wheat.
